a. Food Products

- DFOLS is not responsible for adverse reactions due to misuse, allergies, or label misinterpretation.
b. Household Essentials
- Usage and care instructions are clearly mentioned on packaging.
- Follow all safety and usage instructions for best results.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Secure payment options include UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and net banking.
- Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Orders & Cancellations
a. Order Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. This indicates receipt, but not acceptance.
b. Customer Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
c. Cancellation by DFOLS
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspicious or failed payments
You will be notified, and a full refund (excluding transaction charges) will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Expected delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary in remote areas.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, our return policy is strict yet fair.
a. Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted if:
- The product is incorrect or expired
- The product is damaged in transit
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods that are opened or consumed
- Clearance or discounted sale items
- Items without original packaging
c. Return Process
- Contact support via email/WhatsApp with your order ID and images/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved returns will be picked up and replaced/refunded.
d. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Upload false, harmful, or misleading content
- Disrupt the platform’s integrity or security

DFOLS is a consumer brand owned and operated by Docsico (OPC) Private Limited, a legally registered company under Indian law. All operational, commercial, and legal responsibilities are managed by Docsico. All invoices, regulatory documentation, and product representations originate from Docsico.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product visuals, design, and text, is the property of DFOLS and protected under Indian and international IP laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
DFOLS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delayed or missed deliveries
- Misuse or allergic reactions from products
Maximum liability is limited to the order value only.
