  • Delay Alerts: If there is an unforeseen delay, we will inform you via email or SMS with a revised dispatch estimate.
  • Prepaid Priority: Prepaid orders may be prioritized over COD orders, based on operational feasibility.

2. Packaging & Product Safety

  • Secure Packaging: All products are carefully packed using multiple protective layers to ensure safety during transit.
  • Tamper-Proof Seal: Every parcel is sealed with tamper-evident packaging to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timelines

  • Nationwide Delivery: We ship across India using reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others.
  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically reach your doorstep within 5-6 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may take longer or, in rare cases, may be cancelled with a full refund.
  • Live Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email to help you monitor your order in real-time.

4. Delivery Exceptions & Return to Origin

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or unreachable contact, a re-attempt will be made.
    • If returned to us, we’ll reconfirm your address and arrange re-shipment (additional delivery charges may apply).
  • Undeliverable Locations: If your area becomes unserviceable after dispatch, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier network issues though we will stay in touch until delivery.

5. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Option: Available for select pincodes across India.
  • High-Risk Orders: We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.
