No worries! At the time of logging in, click on Forgot Password. You’ll receive a link on your registered email ID to reset it.
Yes, you can log in to your account and update your email ID and phone number under your profile section.
🛒 Placing an Order
Simple steps:
- 1. Add products to your cart
- 2. Click on your cart to review items
- 3. Proceed to checkout
- 4. Fill in shipping, billing, and contact info
- 5. Choose your payment method and place the order
- 6. You’ll receive an order confirmation email
You’ll need the following:
- Registered account holder’s name
- Billing & shipping address (with PIN code)
- Email ID
- Mobile number
- Payment method
Yes! We’re happy to assist. Email your custom request with product details to infodfols@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate with our vendor partners.
Currently, Dfols does not offer product sampling.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. If not, contact us at infodfols@gmail.com with your payment details.
You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your Dfols account and clicking on Track Order.
Once the order is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 business days. You’ll be notified via email when it’s shipped.
Add it to your Wishlist and email us at infodfols@gmail.com with product details. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.
❌ Order Modifications, Cancellations & Returns
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking the Cancel button next to the order.
Yes, you can change the address before the order is processed. Go to My Orders → Change Address (if the order isn’t yet packed).
No, products can’t be modified after 24 hours. You can place a new order for additional items.
Yes, applicable GST/VAT will be refunded except platform handling charges under Dfols’ shipping policy.
Returns are accepted for damaged products, incorrect delivery of size, color, or other issues, within 7 days of delivery. We do not have an exchange policy, but you may return and reorder.
Login to your account and raise a return request, specifying the issue with photos of the packaging/product. Once approved, we will either arrange pickup or ask you to self-ship.
In such cases, please self-ship the product. Upload a scanned copy of the courier bill with weight, origin & destination addresses, shipment date, and amount.
Returns are denied if:
- The product is not in its original condition
- Tags/labels are missing
- Brand packaging is damaged
- Product appears used
If approved, you’ll receive an email with return pickup details.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.
