How Do I Place An Order On DFOLS?+

Simple steps:

How Is The Shipping Cost Decided?+

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

How Will I Know My Order Has Been Received?+

You’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. If not, contact us at infodfols@gmail.com with your payment details.

How Do I Track My Order Status?+

You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your Dfols account and clicking on Track Order.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?+

Once the order is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 business days. You’ll be notified via email when it’s shipped.

What If The Product I Want Is Out Of Stock?+

Add it to your Wishlist and email us at infodfols@gmail.com with product details. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

How Do I Cancel An Order?+

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking the Cancel button next to the order.

Can I Modify The Shipping Address After Ordering?+

Yes, you can change the address before the order is processed. Go to My Orders → Change Address (if the order isn’t yet packed).

Can I Add Or Remove Products From My Order After Placing It?+

No, products can’t be modified after 24 hours. You can place a new order for additional items.

If I Return/Cancel An Order, Will I Get A Full GST/VAT Refund?+

Yes, applicable GST/VAT will be refunded except platform handling charges under Dfols’ shipping policy.

What Is DFOLS' Return Policy?+

Returns are accepted for damaged products, incorrect delivery of size, color, or other issues, within 7 days of delivery. We do not have an exchange policy, but you may return and reorder.

How Do I Place A Return Request?+

Login to your account and raise a return request, specifying the issue with photos of the packaging/product. Once approved, we will either arrange pickup or ask you to self-ship.

What If Return Pickup Is Not Available In My Pincode?+

In such cases, please self-ship the product. Upload a scanned copy of the courier bill with weight, origin & destination addresses, shipment date, and amount.

Why Was My Return Request Denied?+

Returns are denied if:

  • The product is not in its original condition
  • Tags/labels are missing
  • Brand packaging is damaged
  • Product appears used
When Will My Return Be Picked Up?+

If approved, you’ll receive an email with return pickup details.

When Will I Receive My Refund For A Returned Order?+

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.

I Did Not Receive A Full Refund, What Do I Do?+
